HEAT PIPE

A heat pipe is a heat-transfer device that combines the principles of both thermal conductivity and phase transition to effectively transfer heat between two solid interfaces, usually including air and liquid cooling types. Due to the very high heat transfer coefficients, heat pipes are highly effective thermal conductors.

A High TC bonding adhesive is required to fill the gap between metal interfaces in order to maintain good heat conduction.
